We have been conducting successful Estate Sales and Estate liquidations for the past 15 yrs. and enjoy a 100% success rate. Our on-site tag sales are conducted in a caring and compassionate manner, with emphasis placed on the comfort and well-being of our client during this stressful time.

We are fully insured, licensed and bonded. We provide experienced staff during the sale to ensure a smooth and easy experience for our client.
Our fees are a fixed percentage of the end-of-sale receipts. We DO NOT charge our clients additional fees for advertising, staff, set-up, etc.
All of our clients can be assured that the monies collected during the estate sale are accounted for and present during the reconciliation at the end of the sale. Our client is paid the next day of the end of the sale. We do not hold the client's proceeds for any length of time for any reason.
We can and have handled any size Estate, both large or small.
